RESPONSIBILITIES: \xe2\x80\xa2 Professional medication dispensing, consultation and counseling \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and record poison and stock inventory \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain good teamwork and communication with branch manager, nutritionist and pharmacy assistant to ensure smooth and effective daily retail operation \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in basic management and team building \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct training and performance assessment of the team \xe2\x80\xa2 Train, supervise and monitor sales performance and service \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep in touch with all HQ departments as well as other branches REQUIREMENTS: \xe2\x80\xa2 Full time position only \xe2\x80\xa2 Must possess at leastBachelor\'s Degree/Master\'s Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology. \xe2\x80\xa2 Registered with Malaysia Pharmacy Board \xe2\x80\xa2 Sufficient understanding towards pharmacy\xe2\x80\x99s law and regulations \xe2\x80\xa2 Continuous learning and keeping up with latest medical knowledge \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in English, Malay, Chinese and local dialects will be an added bonus \xe2\x80\xa2 Good PR and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Extend genuine warmth to customers, focus on medication safety \xe2\x80\xa2 Pleasant personality and professional demeanor \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced in pharmacy management, inventory control and purchasing will be an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Flexible working schedules and willing to work on selected weekends and public holidays \xe2\x80\xa2 Flexibility and open-minded in accepting new task and challenges \xe2\x80\xa2 Market sensitive with strong marketing awareness \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates with no retail experience are also encouraged to join as training will be provided \xe2\x80\xa2 Provisionally Registered Pharmacists are welcomed to apply
