Job Description
- Provide efficient pharmacy services in the Outpatient, Inpatient, Clinical & Training, and Pharmaceutical & Sterile Preparation Units
- Major duties involve supply of medications to outpatients, inpatients and patient care areas
- Provide pharmaceutical care in Medication Reconciliation areas, INR Clinic and Multidisciplinary Clinic/s
- Provide inpatient counselling with accurate medication information and advice to ensure optimum patient outcomes
- Participate in educational and training activities for professional development
- Participate in all departmental & organizational-wide quality improvement activities
- Perform inventory control & monitoring
- Perform other pharmacy-related duties assigned by the supervisor
