Location: Bandar Baru Samariang, Kuching (Part-time/Full time)

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Telemedicine:

Willing to

learn

telemedicine workflows and

key in

cases accurately into the patient details, e-prescription, then verify, label, update prescription/poison book, Counsel and advise clients on medication regimens and health conditions. Screen prescriptions, check for interactions/contraindications, and dispense accurately. Provide tailored health tips to encourage healthy lifestyle changes. Recommend suitable health supplements and personal-care products for preventive care. Perform basic health screenings and related patient care services. Check medicines for

expiry dates

and ensure they are safely supplied, in adequate quantity, and correctly labeled. Maintain professional standards of pharmacy practice within the outlet. Ensure full compliance with all government regulations and company SOPs. Execute best pharmacy practices and follow guidelines issued by authorities and the Company. Maintain accurate prescription records and the poison book.

Requirements

Registered Pharmacist (Malaysia) Good Dispensing Practice; accurate documentation and audit readiness. Proficient in English & BM (Mandarin/local dialects an advantage). Comfortable with digital systems. Fresh grads welcome.

Working Hours

Full-Time:

5-6 days/week, incl. weekends/PH; 8-10 hr shifts with meal break.

Part-Time:

Flexible roster;

24 hrs/week

(state preferred days/shifts).
