Position : PHARMACIST Salary : RM4,500 - RM5,000 Company : Siti Pharma Sdn Bhd Work Location : No M-3-03 (3rd floor), Conezion, Persiaran IRC 3, IOI Resort City, 62502 Putrajaya. Requirement :

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in pharmacy or pharmacology.
• Proven experience as a pharmacist.
• Valid license to practice as a pharmacist
• Proactive & independent , able to work with minimal supervision
• Good leadership skill in managing people
• Positive attitude & discipline , highly responsible
• Multitasking & fast learner
• Familiar with PC , Excel file
• Result oriented and goal driven
• Strong verbal skills and written skills , able to communicate with all level
• Able to set a good team building
• Strong knowledge of warehouse process flow and documentations

Job Purpose :

• To act as poison A license holder.
• To manage Warehouse & Admin staff for daily operational tasks including discipline issues etc.

- Subordinate: 4 warehouse staff, 4 Admin & 1 purchaser. - Accomplishes warehouse & admin staff human resource objectives by assigning, training for newly employed staff, scheduling daily task, and disciplining employees (communicating job expectations, monitoring on staff attendance, working hours, adhering to policies and procedures).

• To monitor warehouse & daily operations (clinic enquiries and orders) run smoothly on daily basis and adhere to the weekly dateline to meet the delivery schedule.
• To monitor warehouse is in a good condition and storage of products adhere to the temperature as per guideline set by the National Pharmaceutical Bureau.
• To monitor stock movement at warehouse follows FIFO: first in first out.
• To understand the process flow and have exposure using ERP system.
• To verify on material receipts and clinics invoices for billing purposes daily.

- Material receipt: Verification of item received from suppliers the tallies with Purchase Order - Clinic invoices: To ensure accuracy of billing \xe2\x80\x93 Pick vs Invoice.

• Accuracy of physical stock at the warehouse vs system quantity
• Perform monthly stock take followed by monthly closing.
• Inventory management: To monitor closely all item with short expiry date / slow moving items and to have action plan on how to eliminate stock write off due to expiry.
• To liaise with purchasing executive for any short supply / OOS / short expiry stocks.
• To notify Chief Doctor for any updates related to stock status / promotion / news from the suppliers.
• To deal with the clinic staffs and doctors for any inquiries related with products availability at warehouse, complaints, and etc.
• To assist HOD as and when needed for any additional tasks given by the management.
• On time reporting & informing on any updates related to warehouse matter on a daily basis if needed to HOD.
• To make sure warehouse is in a good condition and all equipment is in a good condition.
• To lead & coordinate safe, clean working environment among all warehouse team.
