Requirement of Pharmacist:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Registered Pharmacist with Board of Pharmacy Malaysia..
  • Positive and Proactive attitudes with team spirit
  • Passionate and willing to learn
  • Possess strong leadership skills.
  • Meticulous and possess positive working attitude.
  • Interested in pursuing a career in retail management and quality customer services.
  • Full time position(s) available.
Responsibilities of Retail/Assistant Pharmacist involves:
  • Good customer service skills
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent (Retail Assistant)
  • Able to start immediately
  • Able to work on shift
  • Have a positive image
  • Able to communicate well in English & Bahasa
  • Working experience in pharmacy/clinic/hospital
  • Experience: Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities of Pharmacist involves:
  • Providing advice about health issues, symptoms and medications in response to customer inquiries
  • To provide expert healthcare services in screening, counselling, and guidance.
  • Supervising, training and managing of staffs; making sure that staffs have completed respective responsibilities and have sufficient products' knowledge
  • Arrange work schedules for other staff and ensure sufficient manpower at all times during operation hours.
  • Processing prescriptions and dispensing medication
  • Ordering, selling, controlling and managing medicines and other OTC products and stocks; ensure that items and stocks in the pharmacy are sufficient and up-to-date
  • Participating in managing budgets (reduce wastage)
  • Marketing services ; constantly come up with ideas and methods to promote items
  • Having regular meetings with HQ In-charge and communicating ideas and policy with pharmacy staffs
  • Accountable for the sales of the assigned branch.
  • Accountable for stock holding / inventory control.
  • Align with organization's vision and direction.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties or projects assigned.
Responsibilities of Retail/Assistant Pharmacist involves:
  • Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services
  • Make sure products in good condition when handling
  • Create a positive image and lead consumers
  • Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers
  • Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
  • Report on demonstration related information
