Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including prescription screening, medication dispensing, inventory control, and adherence to regulatory and quality standards. Provide professional medication counseling and product recommendations based on customer and patient needs. Maintain excellent customer relationships through responsive service and timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. Ensure optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock movement, placing orders, and managing product display and expiry tracking. Supervise and support daily retail operations to ensure smooth workflow and a positive customer experience. Accurately manage prescription data entry, documentation, and record-keeping in compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales and service performance targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and registered with the Pharmacy Board Malaysia. Possess a valid Annual Retention Certificate (ARC). Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and commitment to patient safety. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
