Working hours per week: 5.5 days 44 hours per week duty roaster 21 days annual leave Training will be provided Job responsibilities: \'1. Dispense drugs accurately based on prescriptions and ensure that there is compliance with governing laws, regulations and standards. 2. Provide total patient care services to patients through counseling, interventions and follow-ups to deliver a high level of pharmacy service to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs. 3. Maintain high professional standards against benchmarks to enhance Guardian\xe2\x80\x99s image as a leading pharmacy chain. 4. Ensure dispensary operates efficiently and meet standards of key control indicators in areas of housekeeping, inventory, records maintenance etc. 5. Maintain records required by governing regulations \xe2\x80\x93 for example, PMR, Form G, Export sales, signed orders and Codeine sales. 6. Monitor daily sales trends of pharmacy related categories \xe2\x80\x93 Rx, OTC, Vitamins, Homecare \xe2\x80\x93 and formulate action plans to counter competition and threats so as to safeguard sales growth and contribution. 7. Plan & execute pharmacy services to build upon Guardian\xe2\x80\x99s image as a leading pharmacy chain and to maintain the image of Pharmacy as a provider of quality primary healthcare. 8. Plan & execute operational strategies to achieve business targets & profitability of the store and to build upon Guardian\xe2\x80\x99s image as a leading pharmacy chain. 9. Keep abreast of new drugs or medical developments with Continuing Education to improve professional competence. 10. Participate in media and other image-building projects to enhance Guardian\xe2\x80\x99s image as a dedicated patient-centred organisation. 11. Participate in Singapore Pharmacy Council or PSS activities to promote and enhance the image of Pharmacy to the community.
