We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and responsible
Pharmacy / Sales Assistant
to join our team. If you enjoy interacting with people and are passionate about healthcare and customer service, we would love to meet you!
& Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Dispense and sell over-the-counter (OTC) medicines under the supervision of a pharmacist
Handle sales transactions (cashier duties, POS system operation)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy / store
Check, arrange, and replenish stock on shelves
Support pharmacists in daily operations (record keeping, labeling, and product preparation when required)
Promote health products, supplements, and pharmacy services
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
Experience in retail, customer service, or pharmacy is an advantage (training will be provided)
Friendly, approachable, and good communication skills
Able to work in a team and willing to learn
Responsible and reliable personality
