45 working hours per week, 5 working days only

Registered with the Pharmacy Board of the Ministry of Health, Malaysia.
Strong leadership to lead the retail team.
Strong interpersonal skills, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Experience in pharmacy management, inventory control, and purchasing will be an added advantage.

Oversee daily retail pharmacy operations
in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Support and execute management directives
promptly and effectively to achieve operational and organizational goals.
Provide courteous, caring, and professional customer service
, ensuring every customer feels valued and well-attended.
Educate customers with accurate, up-to-date, and evidence-based health information
, empowering them to make informed decisions about their well-being.
