Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service by assisting with product inquiries and guiding customers to suitable healthcare solutions.
Work closely with the pharmacist to prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
Manage stock levels by receiving, organising and replenishing pharmaceutical and healthcare items.
Uphold a clean, well-organised and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
Operate the cash register, handle payments and process transactions with accuracy.
Assist in prescription processing and ensure all patient records are handled with strict confidentiality.
Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth, efficient pharmacy operations.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification (a pharmacy-related certificate is an added advantage).
Previous working experience from retail pharmacy will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, dependable, and passionate about customer service.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
