Job Description

1. Key in prescription into the system in accordance to the hard copy prescription.

2. Preparation of medication in accordance to the prescription ; Packing in the correct container & Compounding & Extemporaneous preparations

3. Labelling the prepared medication in accordance to the prescription and requirements

4. Checking for accuracy of the medication in accordance to the prescription and medication labels

5. Dispensing of the prescription - to the nursing department & Patient

6. Drug information : Provides basic medication information related information to medical staff and to the public.

7. Effective and efficient Inventory management - Checks expiry for all stocks periodically & Ensures proper stock rotation & Performs periodic stock take exercise.

8. Receiving & verify stock which is supplied by vendor

9. To generate the goods received note in procurement system.

10. Supply of ward stock medication to nursing units (Store Incharge) & supply stock replenishment for life saving medicine.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
