Pharmacy Assistant

, where you will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient daily operations of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and professional service to customers, assisting them with product inquiries and purchases. Support the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications accurately. Maintain proper inventory control by receiving, organising and restocking pharmaceutical and healthcare products. Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organised and compliant with health and safety regulations. Handle cash register operations and manage transactions efficiently. Assist in processing prescriptions and maintaining patient records confidentially. Contribute to the overall smooth running of the pharmacy through teamwork and proactive communication.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent (pharmacy-related certification is an advantage). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible, reliable and customer-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
