We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented

Pharmacy Sales Assistant

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist customers with their pharmaceutical needs, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain a well-organized store. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for healthcare, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to supporting our customers' health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product recommendations, answer questions, and ensure customers receive the correct over-the-counter medications and health products. Assist customers in locating pharmacy products and services. Help pharmacists with the preparation and organization of prescription medications. Maintain stock levels and manage inventory, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and organized. Handle cash register transactions and process sales accurately. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. Provide basic information regarding products and services available at the pharmacy. Promote and educate customers on health products and services offered by the pharmacy. Ensure all legal and safety regulations related to the sale of medications are adhered to.

Requirements

:

Minimum SPM or equivalent Prior experience in retail or sales, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting. communication and customer service skills. A friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to interact with a diverse group of customers. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays, if required.
