• Certification as a Pharmacy study or relevant course is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

• Prior experience in a retail pharmacy or healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations and medical terminology is beneficial.

• Proficiency in using pharmacy-related software and technology.

ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Address customer inquiries about prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and general health-related products.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance their shopping experience.

Pharmacy Operations:

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately.
• Perform inventory management, including restocking shelves and checking for expired medications.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain patient records and manage prescription documentation.
• Assist in processing insurance claims and resolving billing issues.
• Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Support and Training:

• Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated with pharmacy practices and regulations.
• Support pharmacists in providing healthcare advice and information to customers.
