About Us:
We are a dynamic retail pharmacy dedicated to excellent customer care and quality healthcare solutions. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Pharmacy Assistant to join our growing team and support the pharmacist in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage and organise medication inventory, including counting tablets and tracking stock levels.
Restock shelves with over-the-counter (OTC) medications, supplements, and other pharmacy supplies.
Compound, package, and accurately label pharmaceutical products under pharmacist supervision.
Maintain accurate records including prescriptions, poison store temperature logs, and poisons registers.
Attend to customers (in-store and online), providing friendly service and appropriate healthcare product recommendations.
Conduct sales of recommended healthcare products and handle transactions.
Perform regular stock-takes of pharmaceutical supplies to ensure availability and prevent shortages.
Participate in regular professional training sessions as scheduled by the pharmacist.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year retail pharmacy experience
(preferred).
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Own transport / ability to commute reliably
to our Petaling Jaya (Bandar Baru) location.
Willingness to work
6-day work week including Saturdays
.
Basic computer skills for records and POS systems.
