RESPONSIBILITIES: \xe2\x80\xa2 Consistently deliver customer service in accordance with our customer service standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to face to face and telephone enquiries of a routine nature from members of the public, patients, their representatives and a wide range of staff groups \xe2\x80\xa2 Help in maintaining reasonable dispensary stock levels \xe2\x80\xa2 Order items for use within and outside department \xe2\x80\xa2 Receive, load and unload incoming goods from manufacturers, wholesalers and elsewhere \xe2\x80\xa2 Sell over the counter medicines \xe2\x80\xa2 Answer queries on the availability and supply of medicines REQUIREMENTS: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Medical Science, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy, radiographer or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided but any experience in pharmacy will be of extra advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese. If proficient in local dialects would be an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to perform shift duties \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work as a team as teamwork is very important. \xe2\x80\xa2 Friendly and easy-going manner, and always take the initiative to approach customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Not afraid to learn new things and accept new challenges. \xe2\x80\xa2 Sufficient knowledge of health care product and modern selling techniques \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess positive thinking and good working attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 A confident communicator \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellence in object handling and focus on customer service
