Key Job Responsibilities

Assists pharmacists in basic medication review of drug orders and communicates with the prescriber where needed.

Fills, checks, and dispenses drug supplies with accuracy and on timely basis.

Provides adequate information and instructions to the patients and Nursing staff (for inpatients) on the use of the medications during dispensing/drug supply.

Prepares extemporaneous preparations and sterile preparations using aseptic techniques.

Practice good customer service to both internal and external customers.

Replenishes inventory held at Pharmacy and other designated areas of drug storage and ensures inventory accuracy by performing timely system updates.

Complies all medication safety protocols to achieve accuracy of prescription processing (charging, preparation, recording and checking).

Contributes to the smooth operation of all Pharmacy activities.

Training will be provided

Key requirements

Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized colleges.

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to attend to details with accuracy.

Ability to work as a team and willing to work shifts.

Proactive and demonstrates initiative.

Good computer knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
