Respond to face and telephone enquiries of a routine nature from members of the public, patients, thier representatives and a wide range of staff groups.
Order items (consumables) within and outside department
Receiving of stocks, load and unload incoming goods from manufacturers, wholesalers and elsewhere
Promoting and selling over the counter (OTC) medicines / products
Assisting to inquiry of the products sold in the outlet (OTC) including stocks availability and supply of medicines, general product information by the customer.
To provide highest quality of Customer Service to all PMG Customers. Building relationship with the customers.
