Pharmacy Outlet Supervisor/Manager We are a new generation healthcare startup company with a premium retail pharmacy front based in Kuching, Sarawak that offers its employees ample on-the-job trainings, and a welcoming work environment. The Company: Medwell Pharmacy is a pharmacy startup led by two US-trained pharmacists with a brand-new concept as opposed to traditional retail pharmacies. The Position: We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for Pharmacy Outlet Supervisor/Manager. The pay range we\xe2\x80\x99re offering is RM1,700-2,200.

Requirements:

• SPM or any equivalent certificate or higher education; A diploma or bachelor\'s degree is preferred
• Prior Pharmacy or similar fields Experience is required
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Computer literature

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and upkeep the appearance, organization, and ambience of the outlet
• Manage outlet operations (i.e. FIFO, stock transfers, staffing, etc.)
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Assist in receiving stocks and stock management
• Carry out cashier duties
• Be aware of possible shoplifter and to ensure that all merchandise is paid before being taken out of the shop
• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of counters and shelves
• Perform any other job assignments/duties assigned by line managers as required
