Role Description Looking for a full-time on-site PhD Graduate Research Assistant located in Johor Bahru at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. The successful candidate will work with the recruiter on given title research project and must register as PhD student in UTM. Benefits Attractive monthly allowance Join student postgraduate conference or local/international conferences for career development Requirements A Master\'s degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields with a strong academic record Advantage for applicant with prior knowledge in Interconnects, Network-on-Chip (NoC), Signal Integrity (SI), High-Bandwidth Memory (HBM), Recent Computer Architecture etc. Advantage for applicant with programming skills/tools of Ansys HFSS, SPICE-Type Simulator ADS, Noxim, MATLAB etc which can support for modeling and simulations of NoC, SI, HBM etc. Excellent written and verbal communication in English Strong quantitative and analytical skills Able to work on-site, independently, enthusiastic, and self-motivated The project is supported by Malaysian Government (Ministry of Higher Education - MOHE), the research therefore, is bounded by the related topics as per in Requirements.
