As a Photographer and Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos of properties to showcase on our platform. Your work will play a crucial role in attracting potential buyers or renters and promoting the properties effectively. Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional photo and video shoots of properties, ensuring high-quality images and videos that highlight the property\'s key features.
• Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure that their expectations are met.
• Utilize your creative eye and technical skills to capture visually appealing shots that effectively showcase the properties.
• Edit and retouch photos as necessary to enhance their visual appeal and ensure consistency in style and quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills and deliver exceptional results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visual content for online platforms and marketing materials.
• Ensure proper maintenance and organization of equipment to ensure it is in good working condition for every shoot.
• Adhere to project deadlines and deliver completed work in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a photographer, preferably with experience in real estate or property photography.
• Proficient in using professional photography and videography equipment.
• Strong knowledge of composition, lighting, and other technical aspects of photography and videography.
• Must possess and bring their own camera, lenses, and other necessary equipment for property shoots. The company will not provide equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to capture high-quality images consistently.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to understand client requirements and effectively translate them into visual content.
• A portfolio showcasing your previous work in real estate or property photography will be highly beneficial.

Salary and Benefits:

• The salary for this position ranges from RM2,400 to RM3,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
• Alternatively, payment can be arranged on a weekly basis for freelance photographers.
