As a Photographer, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be working alongside our designer and e-commerce team to capture photos of our products through the use of creativity and technical abilities in photographic equipment and photo manipulation software. To ensure that desired results are obtained, you will have to communicate effectively with our team regarding expectations to meet standards and deadlines of projects. Other duties include recommending creative ideas and solutions to achieve desired results and maintaining a professional image. Photographer Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for capturing high quality event content capturing fun, brand friendly moments both candid and on some occasions staged.
- Able for capturing all product content
- Responsible for capturing content for advertising campaigns
- Responsible for all photographic and video content from start to finish including capturing content and editing for the needs of output.
- Contribute strong gallery of aspirational images and video content which will be used to reflect the brand in marketing and press.
- Play a key role in assisting to shape the visual storyline of content touchpoints while assisting to maintain the brands digital asset library.
- Use various media including graphics, animations, data visualisation, music and voice overs to create professional grade content.
- Coordinate all activities and materials supporting each photographic and video shoot project
- To work with clearly detailed content briefs provided as well as creating content briefs
- Oversees brand standards, lighting technique, and image quality.
- Utilizes up-to-date knowledge of product trends, consumer buying, and photography/imaging technology to enhance product photo presentation.
- Firm handle on a photography studio, its environment, and its processes
- Strong communication skills
- Maintain high standards for creative output
- Strong work ethic
- Basic social media skills including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Ability to size images and color settings for the web and social media
- 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in studio/photo industry
- Product photography is a plus
- Knowledge of DSLR (Nikon preferred) and natural lighting, indoor, studio lighting techniques
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Adobe Sketch, Sketchbook, or similar programs
- Web design, UI or UX design experience preferred
