The basic requirement includes:

Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Photography, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, e-Commerce, or related disciplines. 2-3 years' relevant working experience is an advantage with experience on operations of social media and publishing tools. Proven experience as a photographer and videographer with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent. Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, and sound equipment. Creativity with attention to detail, composition, and visual storytelling. Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple projects, and adapt to fast-paced environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Prefer Mandarin and Cantonese speaking to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.
The job responsibilities cover the following:

Support in carrying out the photo / video shooting and editing for the purpose of marketing and brand communication; Create digital video content and edit raw video files to produce short videos; Responsible for design of online/offline promotional materials, such as artworks for online shops/ websites/ online shopping platforms, sharable images, infographics for social media, Edm for online marketing; Research for market trends and styles to create new designs and concepts for new products and marketing collateral; Be responsible to develop all branding and marketing collaterals [Facebook/IG Ad, Online Shop, EDM, Google Ads]; Work closely with the marketing team, product design team, and external vendors to create and maintain a cohesive and consistent brand experience between Marketing and Product.
