You main responsibilities will include: \xef\x82\xa7 To lead in school sports participation, oversee the competitive sports program including coaching and guiding for various sports \xef\x82\xa7 To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students. \xef\x82\xa7 Prepare, evaluate, and assess students\xe2\x80\x99 coursework, assignments, projects, presentations, and relevant assigned tasks. \xef\x82\xa7 Monitor and report students\xe2\x80\x99 progress to their respective parent(s)/guardian(s) and provide guidance to improve students\xe2\x80\x99 learning performance when required. \xef\x82\xa7 Responsible for classroom management and students\xe2\x80\x99 discipline. \xef\x82\xa7 Create a positive learning environment using creative classroom activities to motivate continuous progress among students. \xef\x82\xa7 Work collaboratively with Head of Department (HoD) to plan and coordinate assigned tasks. \xef\x82\xa7 Perform any other duties as reasonably instructed by Management from time to time. Requirements: \xef\x82\xa7 Native speaker level competence in English \xef\x82\xa7 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent. \xef\x82\xa7 An understanding of best pedagogical practice. \xef\x82\xa7 Evidence of continued relevant professional development. \xef\x82\xa7 Competence in the use of technology to support learning.
