As part of our service expansion, we are looking for a dedicated and versatile Physiotherapist and Clinic Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient rehabilitation while also being able to support clinical operations.

About the Role

The Physiotherapist cum Clinic Assistant is responsible for delivering physiotherapy treatments, guiding patients in recovery programs and assisting in the daily running of the clinic. You will work closely with doctors, healthcare staff and patients to ensure effective treatment outcomes and smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Physiotherapy, includes

Assess, plan, and deliver physiotherapy treatment plans for patients. Conduct therapy sessions, including manual therapy, exercise therapy and rehabilitation programs. Guide and educate patients on prescribed exercises, posture correction and recovery strategies. Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Maintain accurate physiotherapy treatment records.
2. Clinic Assistant, includes

Assist doctors and healthcare staff in delivering patient care. Perform patient registration, appointment scheduling and updating of medical records. Support basic administrative duties to ensure clinic efficiency. Maintain cleanliness, safety and readiness of treatment areas and equipment. Provide general assistance in day-to-day clinic operations.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a caring and professional attitude. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Organized, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Willing to assist with clinic tasks beyond physiotherapy when necessary. Based in Kajang or willing to commute.
