Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, planning and delivering effective physiotherapy treatments to patients in the clinic, at clients' homes and at nursing home centres. The role also includes conducting health talks, seminars and corporate wellness programmes to promote awareness of physical health and rehabilitation.

Clinical Duties

Perform detailed assessments and develop customised physiotherapy treatment plans. Provide therapy using manual techniques, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and other modalities. Conduct follow-ups and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment as needed. Deliver physiotherapy services to house clients (home visits) and residents in nursing homes. Ensure patient safety and comfort during all treatment sessions.

Patient Education & Public Engagement

Educate patients and caregivers on self-management, preventive care and home exercise programmes. Conduct talks, workshops, and seminars for the public, schools, nursing homes or corporate clients. Promote awareness of healthy lifestyle, ergonomics and injury prevention.

Team & Professional Development

Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Supervise or guide junior physiotherapists and interns when required. Participate in continuous professional development, workshops and training sessions.

Administrative & Compliance

Document treatment records accurately and maintain proper patient files. Ensure compliance with medical, ethical and safety regulations. Manage and maintain physiotherapy equipment to ensure functionality and cleanliness.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
