Job Description

Responsibilities

To provide effective clinical management for stroke/neurological conditions client: comprehensive assessments, treatments and goal setting to a designated caseload of patients. To monitor, evaluate and modify treatment, in order to measure progress and ensure effectiveness of intervention. To work closely as a team with multidisciplinary professionals (Occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech therapy) in order to deliver effectiveness clinical management in neurorehabilitation's. To demonstrate a high level clinical effectiveness by use of evidence based practice. To liaise with other health care professionals, careers and relatives.

Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Degree in Physiotherapy Fresh Grads or At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field with strong interest in Adult Rehabilitation, Physical dysfunction Optimistic, good team player, self-motivated, good professional behaviour and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Flexible in adapting to a wide variety of tasks.
