Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our highly skilled team at the Kuantan Clinical Diagnostic Centre Sdn Bhd in Kuantan, Pahang. As a full-time Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive physiotherapy services to our patients, helping them to recover, regain mobility, and improve their quality of life.

What you'll be doing

Conducting thorough assessments to identify patients' physical limitations and develop personalized treatment plans Implementing a range of physiotherapy techniques, such as manual therapy, exercise programmes, and the use of specialised equipment, to aid patient recovery Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for patients Maintaining detailed patient records and documenting all treatment provided Participating in continuing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy practices and techniques

What we're looking for

A degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification A minimum of 1 years' experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably within a clinical or healthcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and other healthcare professionals Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and address patients' needs A compassionate and patient-centric approach to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients Proficiency in using physiotherapy equipment and technology Fluency in both English and Malay languages
