About the job Physiotherapist

Our Client specializing in physio and rehab located in Sarawak are seeking to hire registered, dedicated, and experienced Physiotherapist to be part of their team.

Responsibilities:

• Daily smooth running of the branch
• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfHandling all forms of feedback and complaints from all stakeholders, troubleshoot the issues
• Manage branch expenses within budget set
• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfEnsure quality care, reports and processes are being observed all the time
• Perform daily case review and weekly case discussion with juniors, focused in keeping patient on track with their progression
• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfWork closely with Management Team to discuss, propose and make decisions on bigger issues that will affect the overall budget, stats, pricing, marketing, operations, recruitments, expenses and profit margins for the branch
• To be engaged in promotional and marketing work related to the branch and partner premise including some weekends\xef\xbb\xbf

\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfKey Requirements:

• Possess at least Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or other related fields.
• Position is based in Miri\xef\xbb\xbf, Sarawak.
• Registered with Malaysia Physiotherapist Association (MPA).\xef\xbb\xbf
• Preferably minimum 5 years of working experience in related field.
• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfAble to communicate (verbal and written) in English and Bahasa Malaysia/Bahasa Sarawak and Mandarin.
• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfValid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)

• Competency in using computer and Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.
• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfAlways on the lookout to improve the process, protocols, treatment method or combination of all these to improve individual and the team performance
• Good Interpersonal Care and communication skills

Remunerations & Benefits:

• Min Basic Salary RM4,500 to RM5,000
• Those with direct industry experience with higher salary bracket will be considered
