Ensure established unit policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance programmes, and service standards are adhered to.
Plan intervention strategies that incorporates the application for selected approaches and techniques supported by the best evidence available to produce changes in the patient\xe2\x80\x99s functional status and then communicating the plan to the patient and interdisciplinary team.
Participate in department clinical in-service training.
Collate and maintain Physiotherapy inventory record.
Develop effective interpersonal skills in managing conflict and resolution.
Job Requirement
Minimum Diploma in Physiotherapy.
Working experience in a hospital or Rehab Centre set-up in the Return-to-Work Programme will be preferred.
Experience in working with patients who have a range of conditions, including Neurological, Musculoskeletal, Cardiovascular and Orthopaedic.
