Job Details

Position: Physiotherapist
Salary: RM2,800 - RM4,000

Working Days: Saturday - Thursday (Friday & one weekday off on rotation)
Working Hours:

Shift 1: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM Shift 2: 12:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Location Options:

11-1, Jalan Equine 10E, Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan, Selangor Ken Rimba, Shah Alam

As a Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.
You will work closely with individuals, especially those with neurological conditions such as stroke, by providing hands-on therapy, personalized exercise programs, and continuous education for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Treatment:

Diagnose, assess, and treat patients with various conditions, focusing on neurological rehabilitation. Encourage manual therapy exercises and hands-on treatment techniques. Provide educational support and home exercise plans to improve daily living activities. Handle patients with care, compassion, and patience.

Progress Tracking & Reporting:

Maintain detailed reports on patient progress, including testimonial videos for documentation. Stay updated with the latest treatment techniques and rehabilitation methods.

Community Engagement & Education:

Host live sessions on social media to share physiotherapy knowledge and promote awareness. Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families.

Additional Duties:

Perform house call sessions when required. Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy or a related field. Passion for hands-on therapy and manual treatment techniques. Confident in treating patients and making clinical decisions. Willing to perform house calls and engage in social media live sessions. Experience with neurological rehabilitation (e.g., stroke patients) is an advantage.
