Job Description

JD:
1. Mass Production Defect Analysis: Analyze batch defects of mass-produced products, propose, verify, follow up, and confirm solutions;

2. Process Documentation: Responsible for the certification of production equipment and fixtures, and the preparation, review, and issuance of SOPs and process technical documents;

3. Exception Handling: Responsible for analyzing and handling exceptions in mass-produced products, leading process optimization and process improvements;

4. Production Site Improvement: Conduct on-site improvements to mass-produced products to enhance efficiency, quality, and manpower, and standardize improvement results;

5. Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement: Improve operational efficiency and reduce costs through IE improvement measures such as process optimization, equipment optimization, and motion optimization.

Expertise:
1. Major in Electronic Information Engineering, Electronic Science and Technology, Communications Technology, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, etc.

2. Understanding of product manufacturing principles, development directions, and key technologies

3. Basic knowledge of quality systems and project management

4. Familiarity with SOP writing standards and standard working hours

5. Proficiency in production efficiency management

6. Mastery of tooling and fixture development skills

7. Proficiency in IE tools

Skills:
1. Proficiency in basic Office software operations

2. Familiarity with basic CAD and AD10 software operations

3. Familiarity with basic ERP software operations

4. Proficiency in laboratory testing skills

5. Basic English comprehension, usually able to understand English reports or test documents without the use of translation software;

6. Basic report writing skills

7. Basic circuit design skills, able to understand circuit schematics

Work experience:
1. diploma or above
