Key Responsibilities:

You will play an important role in the construction of a new pharmaceutical facility in Nusajaya, Johor Bahru and involved in

M&E contact administration Attend to regular projects meetings Liaise with relevant vendors Liaise with fellow consultants Attend to site inspection, site visit To study all piping and ducting layout with regards to Process Engineering and utilities services and liaise with the client, designer, WKL, etc. to ensure proper work is carried out by the vendors/contractors. Coordinate all piping and ducting works with Project Manager to ensure correct instructions are given to vendors. To ensure proper scheduling of piping/ducting works. To ensure proper Management of costs and timely completion and to prepare COP, site progress reports, etc. To ensure proper documentation with regards to POs, CMFIs, Construction drawings, 'As-built' drawings, test reports, catalogues, etc. and to ensure timely handling over to the client at the end of project. To carry out any duties as and when instructed by WKL Management Team.

Requirements:

Tertiary education background in Mechanical Engineering At least 8 years' experience as Piping Engineer Relevant experience in

Semiconductor/Pharmaceutical construction

involving M&E works (HVAC, Piping, Processes, ELV, Clean Room, Instrumentation & Controls). Must be knowledgeable in cold room and AHU installation procedures, including pipings, ductings in these areas Knowledgeable on sizing of ductings, temperature and humidity control would be an added advantage. Must be conversant on black piping, clean piping and process piping; then usage, pipe materials and system In addition to technical knowledge, candidate should be "hands-on" Good communication skills Command good level of English Must be able to work at SILC, Nusajaya, Johor
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1.00 per month
