1.Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities
2. Produce Quarterly newsletter and update Intranet for location
4. CSR project with external parties
5. Manage the internal communication with all stakeholders promoting Continental as attractive employer internally.
6. Develops and coordinates external communications programs to ensure positive image of Continental and to position the plant as employer of choice and good citizen of the community.
7. Manage Stationeries, facilities and utilities for HR and coordinate 5S.
8. Support Managing Director in preparation of presentations (Strategy, budget, reporting, etc)
9. Provide administrative support for HRBPs and Head of HR including purchasing of HR related materials.
10. Lead continuous improvement projects as assigned by Head of HR
