Description

Primary Objective:

To measure, identify opportunities and drive improvements in people, processes and product design to achieve target outcome of digital products in the market in terms of adoption, usage, customer satisfaction and value creation.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess strategic thinking/insight in designing end-to-end digital customer journey from onboarding to driving engagement to deepen relationship.
  • Maintain data driven mentality, process, feedbacks and other inputs to identify opportunities to improve product for better adoption
  • Identify and define various persona mindset and design plans to push adoption through campaigns, educational materials and behavior shaping through gamification and other means.
  • Develop comprehensive tools, materials, features and methods of disseminating and conveying knowledge, product features, customer benefit, bank benefit and others for digital products to ensure effective usage by users and to achieve referral behavior from users
  • Develop internal change management plans to drive a total culture change for RHB staff to adopt RHB retail digital products, promote it to others and be able to guide others outside of RHB in effectively using the products
  • Develop structure training plans and material to educate relevant RHB business and functional groups on product capabilities, operationalization, value proposition, support capabilities and in other areas required.
  • Work closely with GDT and RHB Academy to collaboratively drive required training for internal staff in all areas relevant to digitalization of retail business
  • Continuously drive SEO improvements for all retail digital products to increase visibility and pipeline to the sales funnel.
Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - .
  • Experience in digital marketing & building of digital sales funnel
  • Experience in helping digital business grow their user base or traditional business in increasing their digital user base
  • Experience in driving change management and/or training activities within large organization
  • Strong analysis skills to analyze data, feedback and various other inputs to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate alignment between business and technical teams
