:

Planned Maintenance Services Representative will act as a customer interface and responsible for managing the deliverables for Airbus customers in Asia-Pacific region. The candidate will be involved in promoting the existing/future services under the scope of Planned Maintenance Services and at the same time supporting the activities related to Parking & Storage.

  • Manage a portfolio of customers covering all Airbus aircraft types and taking the necessary actions, in a multi-cultural environment, to deliver the applicable services on cost, on time & on quality.
  • Coordinate the production and delivery of Planned Maintenance Services to each customer as per contract.
  • Improve Customer satisfaction and ensure active follow-up of each customer by various communication means (teleconferences, emails and on-site meetings).
  • Ensure Customer feedback consolidation to improve the Planned Maintenance Services experience and to enhance Customer satisfaction in Planned Maintenance domain (Maintenance Programme/Planning & Production Planning).
  • Develop a strong Customer Maintenance & Engineering network in Asia-Pacific region and strengthen business/personal relationships.
  • Contribute to Customer support mission by promoting regionally the Maintenance Planning solutions & communicating on last evolutions related to Planned Maintenance requirements.
  • Manage dedicated airline assistance for maintenance programme and planning evaluation
  • Deliver accurate reporting regarding Planned Maintenance Services deliveries including but not limited to the following criteria: last deliveries, quality/process issues & corrective actions, customer feedback, improvement opportunities etc.
