Skills, Abilities and Mastery (Responsibility Matrix): Delivery: Plan and coordinate physical movement of materials, parts, finished goods, and information to ensure optimization of cost and service level. Schedules and coordinates the flow of work within or between departments to facilitate or expedite production. Distributes work orders to departments denoting number, type and proposed completion date. Complies reports on progress of work and machine, tool and equipment failures to inform on production delays. Delivers continuous improvement through participation in Lean kaizen events. Business Partner: Confers with department Team Leaders, customer service, designers, engineering and marketing to determine progress of work and to provide information on changes in processing methods. Develops strong relationships and provides effective communication, prioritization, and alignment across value streams, sites, business units, and functions. Demonstrates capability for engaging with external business partners to provide seamless linkage of supply chain processes. Works with Purchasing to ensure material availability for all raw and assembled goods required to meet the Master Production Schedule. Serves as inside liaison between production, purchasing, and customer service. Center of Expertise (COE) Demonstrates capabilities in material management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), pull systems, flow, and the implementation of lean concepts. High attention to detail, follow up and attention to customer service. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Bronze Lean certified. Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Possess exceptional conflict resolution skills and is adept at dealing with situations involving conflict. Education, Experience and Certification Requirements: Preferred Bachelor\'s degree or Technical Qualification with related experience (3-5 years) Must be willing to work at Kulim High Tech Park, Kedah, Malaysia.
