Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed production, material, and capacity plans to meet business objectives. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Supply Chain, Sales, and Logistics. Analyze demand forecasts and historical data to optimize production schedules. Identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of planning activities, schedules, and reports. Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and systems. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding planning requirements and changes. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field? Proven experience in production planning, materials planning, or supply chain operations. Proficiency in planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
