Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification.
1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or transport planning.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of governmental transport and planning policies.
Ability to model and analyse traffic flows using mathematical techniques or computer applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Transport Management System (TMS).
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage bus assignments for all related customers.
Oversee daily transport operations for both local and outstation routes.
Plan trip schedules and ensure smooth execution of transport activities.
Plan and coordinate PUSPAKOM inspections for company vehicles.
Arrange buses for workshops when maintenance or repairs are required.
Ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
Report any cases of speeding, accidents, or incidents immediately.
Supervise and manage drivers, ensuring timely arrival and pickup.
Coordinate with customers regarding service KPIs and manage daily assigned jobs.
Operate with minimum operational cost while maintaining service quality.
Carry out any other instructions assigned by the company or Operations Manager.
Take full responsibility for assigned drivers and routes.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
