Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering..
• Relevant technical knowledge and experience in infrastructures and other related works.
• 3-5 years of working experience.
• Familiar and relevant experiences with the latest government/authorities/agencies standards/requirements.
• Able to collaborate, manage, and supervise closely with all internal and external parties (subcontractors, clients, authorities, consultants, suppliers, specialists, etc.) to plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of activities/works related to the project.
• Risk mitigation and managing skills.
• Cost-effective and control skills.
• Project scheduling and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Studying, analyzing, and understanding drawings and Bills of Quantities (BQ) to provide work programs (CPM), primarily for projects that have been acquired/for projects that are being tendered - according to tender requirements.
• Preparing CPM schedules according to project and client specifications, reviewing CPM schedules, and conducting CPM presentations for approval purposes.
• Preparing physical S-curves and financial S-curves based on CPM schedules for project monitoring purposes.
• Implementing tracking according to the periods requested by the client (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly tracking).
• Preparing revised CPM schedules for recovery purposes or Extension of Time (EOT) claims (in case of delays).
• Analyzing CPM schedules to determine whether they are ahead, on par, or delayed according to the progress of work on site.
• Assisting the project team in preparing work reports.
• Assisting the project team in analyzing project risks.
• Assisting the project team in preparing letters related to the CPM scope.
• Attending meetings.
