Share monthly forecast with OSATs including forecast changes.
Follow up on OSATs forecast commit respond within 7 days after forecast is published.
Ensure OSATs capacity/material allocation to meet BU forecast revenue ship plan. Negotiate for sufficient committed cap if it is needed. Escalate for help when it is required.
Monitor actual loading & forecast attainment. Work with related teams to improve forecast accuracy.
Activate technical/engineering support, as and when needed to clear issue that impact OSATs delivery performance.
Build good relationships & partnership with OSATs.
Proactive to provide heads up to OSATs if foresee significant changes on forecast /loading especially on critical high runners.
Avoid taking any actions that contain business sensitivity.
Refer to the procurement team if there is any doubt.
Coordinate OSATs annual inventory reconciliation.
Go through reconciliation procedure with OSATs.
Follow up with OSATs involved to provide response per timeline as stated in procedure.
Complete internal reconciliation reports before the cut-off date.
Manage days of inventory (DOI) & avoidances plan
Small lot or minimum lot size control
Minimize fast track.
Work with business planner to prioritize forecast/loading to lower cost location.
Work closely with OSATs to manage the WIP during quarter end.
Participate/initiate in planning system improvement activities.
Support team reports required for OSATs management activities.
Taking initiative to improve or minimize gap on current system.
Support new system introduction, feedback if any concern.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree (Any related field)
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years working experience, preferred with planning/buyer background.
Basic knowledge of SAP system, especially in planning or inventory monitoring activities.
Quick response capability when handling operational issues, demand changes, or supply-related actions.
Other requirement:

Writing skills critical thinking skills are essential.
Positive thinking & flexible/agile
Good excel & presentation skill will be an added advantage.
