Job Description

: -

• Create Manufacturing Order for production and ensure accurate & complete information provided in the Manufacturing Order.
• Release and Distribute Manufacturing Order package to production on timely manner.
• To monitor and update daily production progress.
• Work closely with CPE, TPE, Welding and QA/QC department to ensure accurate information stipulated inside Manufacturing Order.
• To request shop drawing based on project requirement.
• To prepare and maintain detail technical information.
• To update and maintain all Planning information into NAV and Shared Drive.
• To coordinate and communicate with Sales, Product Development, Production and Warehouse so as to obtain accurate information for his/her daily work.
• Communicate production schedule and update actual work done by production on weekly basis.
• To carry out any other assignment deemed fit by the management for the betterment of the company.
• Adhere to all the Quality/Safety & Environmental requirements.
• Other task given from time to time.

Job Requirement:-

• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
• Excellent written and command in English
• At least 2 years working experience in Production Environment is required for this position.
• Prefer candidates that have involvement in steel pipe manufacturing.
• Experiences in the welding and shaping technology are an added advantage.
• Good administrative skill & proven track record
