Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure finished goods and raw material availability to fulfil and support customer delivery \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and submit status and daily performance reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage material supply planning and perform production schedule and release work order to production and ensure machine utilisation at optimum level \xe2\x80\xa2 Review production material usage and perform material consumption into work order and highlight any production lot not meeting yield \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage subcon FG delivery and material planning \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor work order and WIP aging and drive for work order completion and closure of work order and GRN FG in SAP \xe2\x80\xa2 Periodically initiate production or storekeeper to perform stock counting based on selection criteria \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and production colleague to resolve any day-to-day issue and escalate if necessary \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform MRP loading into SAP and monitor and identify material supply gap and work with purchaser to address and close the supply gap \xe2\x80\xa2 Check material availability and coordinate with purchase in the incoming material, and highlight and expedite shortage if any or to establish contingency plans if primary plan fails \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare monitor weekly and monthly material supply report and perform material supply planning \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in yearly stocktake and perform stock reconciliation \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by your superior Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Must possess a Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years of working experience in the in production scheduling and material planning \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal skills & organizational skills, good oral & written communication skills, and analytical skills for complex scenarios \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong in good usage of MS Excel, MS Outlook, and good understanding of ERP system especially in MRP and Production Order management \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent, proactive and strong sense of urgency \xe2\x80\xa2 High adaptability to fast changing environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in SAP system Salary: Up to RM 3,500
