Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines, and progress reports.
Coordinate with QS, project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of work according to schedule.
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
Assist in resource planning, manpower allocation, and site coordination.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress updates for management review.
Support project documentation, filing, and reporting related to planning and scheduling.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Construction Management / Civil Engineering
or equivalent.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in a similar role.
Good supervision, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
; knowledge of
Primavera or MS Project
is an added advantage.
Own transportation
and
willing to travel
when required.
Able to commence work immediately.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
