Job Description

Conduct site assessments to determine suitability for development. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop site plans. Prepare and present detailed site plans for approval by regulatory bodies. Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to mitigate potential project challenges. Monitor and report on the progress of development projects. Use computer-aided design (CAD) software for site planning and modeling. Develop sustainable design strategies that minimize environmental impact.

Minimum Requirements

Min 3 Years experience Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.

Skills Requirement

Experience in project planning/scheduling for construction projects. Familiar with planning software (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project). Strong coordination and communication skills. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
