Job Description

Job Responsibilities



1) Attend COMPANY daily meeting/ toolbox meeting/HSSE meeting/ site toolbox meeting or other meeting as and when required.

2) Plan and schedule all day-to-day work activities which includes planned, unplanned, shutdown and emergency activities including readiness every job

3) Liaise with COMPANY Representative and other COMPANY term contractor representatives on planning, coordinating and executing WORKs.

4) Provide resource loading for EACH WORK inclusive manpower and equipment.

5) Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress report.

6) Manage quotations and claims to ensure no payment dispute or outstanding.

Qualification



-Has more than two (2) years working experience in planning & scheduling.

-Well verse in any planning tools e.g. MS Excel, Project, Primavera.

-At least a bachelor's degree holder in any Engineering background issued by Government or approved private training institution or college

- Able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

-Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
