Job Description

I. To plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. II. To issue Purchase Requisition to purchaser for material order prior to production planning. III. To develop and review production plan with Manager for approval. IV. To monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion. V. To update complex issues to CS Manager for resolution. VI. To investigate and liaise with Production Manager on production problem, analyze root causes and provide solutions. VII. To communicate production status to CS Managers and Customers on regular basis. VIII. To analyze back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations. IX. To create and follow customer service procedures, policies, and standards. X. To prepare related monthly report (planning, issues, etc.) XI. To manage ad hoc tasks assigned
