Job Description

JOB SCOPE:

Prepare, maintain, and update

master and baseline construction programmes based on client requirements (

Primavera P6 and MS Project) Monitor site progress and produce

planned vs actual

reports Develop

weekly and monthly work report

Attend weekly project progress meeting and present the weekly report Identify critical path activities, delays, and potential risks Assist in

Extension of Time (EOT)

and delay analysis submissions Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, Site Teams, Document Controller and subcontractors

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent. Requires 3-5 years of experience in planning, project management, or a related field. Familiarity with the specific industry (e.g., construction interior design) can be beneficial. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on trends and forecasts. Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and presenting findings. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

JOB LOCATION: NUSAJAYA TECH PARK

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
