Job Summary

The Planner is responsible for preparing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure work is completed on time. This role works closely with the project team to support planning, progress tracking, and reporting activities at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain project schedules based on project requirements and timelines. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress against the approved schedule. Update schedules and highlight delays or risks to the project team. Coordinate with site, engineering, and construction teams for accurate planning data. Prepare progress reports for management and clients. Support recovery planning and schedule adjustments when required. Ensure planning activities comply with project procedures and standards.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Experience in project planning, preferably in oil and gas or construction projects. Knowledge of planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project is an advantage. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently at project site. Willing to be based in Pengerang.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
