JobSummary :

The MPS Planner is responsible to accurately forecast demand and ensure plant load is managed within capacity constraints and maximizes the plant utilization at the same time as driving optimum customer OTD

AdditionalResponsibilities :

o Master data creation / Maintenanceo Manage plant MPS in line with agreed capacities and throughput rate.o Provide plant support for MRP and load analysis including load chart review.o Ensure close communication with plant planning team and process alignmento Provide lead time information and manage LTC (Lead Time Catalogue) entries. Provide lead time quotation for loose items that do not go through formal tender process.o Review and validate/update manufacturing schedule (lead time, run rate & capacity check) prior tender submission.o Administer SOAF (Sales Order Amendment Form) changes in SAP.o Planner Workbench control in SAP (managing scope and effective dates) to receive Sales order and Intercompany demand.o Manage material master and sales order acceptance to ensure prompt and accurate system demand is created on new contract awards.o Work closely with project planner on schedule baseline to ensure schedule is aligned with MPS and tender milestones.o MPS report out on key metrics and continuous improvement of processes.o To adhere to all company and legal requirement as per Johor-WI-A03-Roles, Responsibilities, Accountability and Authority (HSSE) document.
